Physical Gift Cards may be bought at any of our four restaurants—Bistro Bella Vita, The Green Well, grove and Lucy’s.
To purchase a virtual gift card, click here and follow the prompts.
To register and activate your physical and/or e-gift card, visit heartlandgiftcard.com/Register.aspx and follow the prompts.
To check your gift card balance, click here and enter your card number and pin/CVV.
You may also call (877) 203-4039 to check your balance if you are a Heartland gift card holder. If you are a non-Heartland gift card holder, you must reach out to [email protected] and she will manually check your balance in our system.
To check your order status, click here, click “check order status” and enter your order’s confirmation number.
If your e-card is not in your inbox, first double-check your spam folder. If you still do not see the e-card, email [email protected] to have a card resent.
Email [email protected] and she will assist you in updating your order with the correct recipient’s email and resending the e-card.
If your physical gift card is registered, you can still access and use your balance without having the card present. If your gift card is NOT registered, we are unable to recover your physical card for you.
