Join us for a four-course dinner as we welcome Colleen Hardy, owner of Living Roots Wines based in Finger Lakes, NY and Adelaide, Australia to The Green Well!
Each course will be prepared through The Green Well lens and complemented by a Living Roots wine curated by Essence Restaurant’s Advanced Sommelier, Tristan Walczewski.
All wines will also be available for purchase at night’s end!

We’ve seen a lot of changes in the food and beverage scene since The Green Well opened its doors in 2007, and we’ve grown and evolved right alongside it over the years.
We’ve updated our interiors to bring a more modern, open, community-focused space to our folks in East Hills. Here, we open the stage for you to peek behind the curtain to see all that goes into creating an enriched, welcoming experience—from connecting you with our family farmers and winemakers to creating an atmosphere that feels like a home away from home.

THE WINEMAKERS
About Living Roots Wines
Living Roots is a winery with two locations—one in Finger Lakes, New York and the other in Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
The label was established by Sebastian and Colleen Hardy in 2016, though its roots date all the way back to the 1850s when Sebastian’s great-great-great grandfather planted the family’s first grapes.
Today, the duo focuses on a minimal, careful approach to producing rich whites, sparklings and medium-bodied reds.
